Another reminder for myself and to everyone out there.

Watch more retro anime!

And I’m not talking stuff from last season or even a couple years ago.

I’m talking pre-2010, pre-2000, pre-1990, and the like.

Going back a decade or more is good to not only appreciate the classics of before but also to see the evolution of the medium as we know it.

Just like with the film subset of anime, I’m guilty here as well by not doing my part of going back and watching the non-modern offerings. Which is why I’m writing this as much for me as I do for everyone else out there since I must practice what I preach.

So one more time: watch more retro anime!!!
